Yeah. I read the warning website for the cicadas.

When they get to be 50 pounds on average, its pretty bad.
One tried to inject me with its venom this morning, but I fought back and saved myself!

Who traded in their Mustangs for the Mach 1? Was it painful or does the pain go away after driving the Mach 1 for awhile?
I traded in my 98 GT convertible for the Mach. I really enjoyed my 98, especially the convertible part. I am much happier in my Mach though. It is just an amazing car that works well as a daily driver or a race/show car. I was holding out for an 05 GT but am glad I caved early and got the Mach...it was financially a much better deal and the car is a blast to drive.

That's exactly what I needed to hear. I like the idea of less Mach 1's on the road than 05 GT's also. Cheaper Price but still less of them and it catches peoples attention.

Going from a 2000 GT to this car was painful for about 1 hour, after which it definitely went away! The reason it was painful for me was because of the MSRP, which made this the most expensive car I'd ever purchased.

When I reflect on the MSRP and see the deals now, it's still painful - d'oh!

Hey Tony I'm in Cincinnati too!

I have a Comp. Orange Mach. Where you at Hooters last Sunday with the guys from mach1registry.com?

I was only there for about 20 minutes. @3:00PM

I think it will happen. I like my car but the Mach 1 calling is making it rough. The new product Brad posted looks pretty sweet too. I'm sure I'll be able to find one when it comes time.

I'm having the same dilemma as most here...wait for the 05 or get a new Mach or GT vert. I have a Jeep Wrangler now and I'm having a hard time coming to grips of not having a vert. I'm torn...I love the Mach (supposed to test drive it along with the GT vert tomorrow) but I want a vert. Dealer is trying to sell me on a new untitled 03 Cobra as well. It's gonna be my daily driver so I have to live with whichever one I chose for a while. Why couldn't they have made a Mach 1 vert dammit!!!!

I traded my convertible for the Mach 1. I don't regret, but I *DO* sometimes miss the top down. I just figure when I get a new Mustang down the road, it'll be a convertible and it can be parked next to the Mach 1

I'm glad I've never even ridden in a vert. I don't know what I'm missing.

Once you do you'll be hooked...I never had one in 20+ years of driving until my I got my Jeep a couple years ago. There's nothing like the top down on a warm summer night with lotsa stars out.
