Wd40!?!?

OP do not use wd40 unless you want a very oily intake/engine. Use brake clean or Carb cleaner as these willchange the idle without causing a nasty oily mess

What level is your coolant and how long does it take for your motor to heat up and if you aren't too sure check it out to see if it even gets to operating temp and let me know

The computer says 97 Celsius or about 205 Fahrenheit. Idle speed is at 700.

Nope. Stays steady at just over 200 independent of outside temp. I'm running a tank of 91 octane Chevron to rule out if it was just bad gas.

I think you need to remove a zero, or take your foot off the gas when your at idle.

How often do you run 91 octane a lot of people believe its okay to but the only time you want to run a higher octane is when you raise the compression ratio and there's no bad gas maybe a bad fuel filter restrictive fuel rails maybe a bad injectir

Have you checked your coil packs to make sure they are all on secure I know it sounds stupid but sometimes those plastic caps break and the coil could lose its connection causing a hesitation or low fuel economy
