Accessory plugs

I'm having problems figuring out why my cigar lighter & the accessory plug by my armrest are not getting power. I went through the fuses under the dash and they all look good. Any ideas of where I might look next? (98 GT)

This may sound stupid but are they plugged in? I had a guy that put in a short shifter and he had the same complaint. Also that his traction control wouldn't work. After a series of questions I had determined that he forgot to plug it back in when he was reassembling everything. Sure enough he forgot. Not saying you did but possibly previous owner. I don't know. Just a thought

I hadn't thought of that, but the guy I bought th car from had just had a short shifter installed before he sold it.
