I need some help, a friend of mine blew his rear end. Gears and housing. We've been trying to find one but had no luck anywhere. Ford racing sais discontinued, so did summit, and jegs. Tryed ebag, no luck. Anyone know a place, were kinda desperate here, thx

Now... I'm a little concerned with the 28 spline... seems like it's supposed to be a 31 spline for a Cobra that year... but there is the housing at least, and the rest can be built from that. Since the housing is made of nearunobtainum... probably worth it at this point, yeah?

I don't think 31 spline was used until the 03/04 cobra

 

Guy locally has an 01 cobra rear end for sell Or check out mps. They have any thing you would ever need and are great people.
