maybe the stops need some adjusting. You have to remove the door panel to adjust them

Looks to be rolilng up too far. My passenger side window did that on my 03, but it isn't a vert. I recommend doing what Glenn said do, that is what I did.

It's pretty simple. Less than 5 screws. Just be careful with the clips

its actually pretty easy to get the panel off Getting it back on correctly can be a pain in alignment though.

Just bought a 1998 Mustang Convertible but having problems with one of the windows that was fine when I took delivery!

The "Short Drop" on passenger door window isn't working when it's opened. This was working fine when I picked the car up (almost a month ago), but after a huge rainstorm a few days later, this hasn't worked. Window works fine otherwise - & I've tried "calibrating" it any number of times, different ways, but no go. The driver's door seems to do this - when the door shuts the window is under the top where it belongs. Not on the passenger door! Either that, or I'm completely missing something here. (Entirely possible!!!!)

Also, how to tell which model this is exactly? This is my first Mustang, so am not at all sure just what's standard or an option!

Thanks!!
