Need Answers

Will a 1995 5.0 engine fit in a 1997 and will a transmission be needed

Yes it will fit. Your t45 will not bolt to a 302. Not sure if ur car is auto or if autos will bolt up

You will need to setup the car ,like a 95 5.0 car .Basically use all the stock parts from a 94-95 mustang 5.0 car.Not sure about the gas tank and/or fuel pump

Yes it will, you need a k-member from a 94-95 car, wiring harness, and transmission. You will possibly need to swap out the fuel system as well, but don't quote me on that one.
