Stock you can handle that, but you still can only run it at WOT.
And trust me, you'll go through that first bottle pretty quick and when they cost anywhere from $40 to $100 for the refill, you'll not want to use it very often.

Yes all of that is safe. Make sure you run premium unleaded and like said before activate it at WOT and above 3,000 rpm, to keep from damaging the engine
