i need advice on my blower setup please...
So I have a 347 10:5:1 comp afr 185s custom grind cam (.600lift yada yada) my setup was for natural aspiration/nitrous
But I couldn't help myself and bought a novi 1500 renegade style blower that's setup for 14lbs. Now I have a full msd setup 6al box, dist, coil,wires, a full aeromotive fuel system, 60# inj/ mass air.
My question is what's the safest way to run this setup. My block is stock. I have no problem sprayin meth and retarding the timing cause the car will see the street on weekends but I want 10s at the track...can I? Thanks

Well you have 2 issues. The stock block and 10+ compression. The block is good for about 500 rwhp at 6500rpm. You can get more, you are pushing it though. That high comp. is a problem. You will have to run some low boost, or some serious fuel. It can be done though. Just bout 7-8 lbs safely with good tune. Intercooler???

That's why I either want to spray meth or a small dry shot of nitrous(10-20 shot) ima run 12-14lbs minimum...input? I know its a time bomb but until I can her the dart block $$$$$ I wanna be as safe as possible. Input?
