Here's a pic of my first 5.0. It's a 25th anniversary car. I had it in highschool and sold it before I got married years ago. I recently tracked it down a couple of states away and bought it back. It's been through several hands and looks rough, but a full restore is on the way. Lots of memories in this car. Just like getting an old friend back.

 

That's cool you where able to track it down and buy it back! Looks good for the most part but some lovin is in store I'm sure

Can't wait to be able to drive it again. I've had dozens of these cars, but this ones special. I guess you just gotta be a car guy to understand!

 

I had an old tax receipt with the vin on it, then had a buddy with the DMV track it for me.

 

Congrats on tacking your baby down. My first car that I bought when I was 19, was the 25th anniversary mustang 5.0 also. I still have him... Although he's not in driving condition yet ... Soon.
