Buy this $20M Building, Get a Free Ford Mustang Eleanor Tribute!
Official Ford Mustang Eleanor tribute cars cost around $380k, but this one is being thrown in with a real estate sale.
Over the past couple of years, the real estate market has been on fire, with prices soaring and inventory failing to come close to meeting demand. The same can be said of the collector car market as well, as we’ve seen the prices of pretty much everything skyrocket in recent years as come folks are flush with cash they apparently don’t know what to do with. Now, those that want a piece of both can do precisely that thanks to a creative real estate listing from Arthur Greenstein Group at Douglas Elliman Realty – if someone purchases this particular property at list price, they get a free Ford Mustang Eleanor Tribute Edition.
The Ford Mustang Eleanor Tribute Edition is an officially-licensed replica of the movie car made famous in the film Gone in 60 Seconds, one that saw just three survive filming. Those cars are obviously worth a ton of money, and the replicas aren’t cheap either, with a price tag of around $380,000. Thus, it seems like one heck of a deal to throw one in with the sale of a building, though we must also note that the list price of that particular piece of property – located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area – is a lofty $19,999,9995.
Of course, you aren’t just getting some lame, run-down facility. In fact, the property in question is owned by the folks at Earth MotorCars, an exotic car seller that also happens to represent the company that builds the Ford Mustang Eleanor Tribute Edition. That company has apparently grown exponentially in recent years, so they want to sell their 68,325 square feet building that covers 5.37 acres and houses multiple tenants with an eye toward raising much-needed funds via a sale and leaseback.
That means someone flush with cash has the opportunity to make some easy cash flow with little oversight required, and score a “free” Mustang Eleanor recreation in the process. It’s worth noting that the person who owns the “Eleanor” trademark has shut down attempts to build unlicensed replicas in the past, so this is the only way one can get one these days. Whether or not it’s worth $380k or spending $20m on a building, well, that’s up for buyers to decide, we suppose.
