Legoland Florida Resort has definitely cranked up its appeal to Mustang fans.

The popular Winter Haven tourist spot has announced that it will unveil an all-Lego 1:1 replica of Ford’s iconic “1964½” Mustang coupe over Labor Day Weekend, according to a Tire Business Report.

The life-size Lego Mustang will make its debut in Indianapolis as part of the Mustang Club of America’s (MCA) 40th anniversary celebration being held September 1 – 4 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The car was actually built in collaboration with MCA and Southern Ford Dealers, one of the resort’s longtime partners.

“We’re delighted to show off our version of an American classic during MCA’s 40th anniversary celebration,” said Chloé Boehm, public relations executive at Legoland Florida Resort. “We can’t think of a more perfect place to reintroduce the car that redefined cool in a fun, creative way.”

After the MCA Anniversary celebration, the Lego Mustang will make its way around the country. Its final destination will be the Legoland Florida Resort where it will remain on permanent display as part of the resort’s Ford Driving School attraction.
