I have a Raxom Navigation system in a 2012 GT. Just installed the Sync 4.4 update and now the navigation does not work. When you hit the Nav button it tries to load but then switches to the camera display. It worked fine before the update. Any ideas? The radio and Bluetooth works fine.

Did you report the update to Ford to see if it was successful? You could try reloading the software. Or try a battery disconnect and reconnect. Raxiom may need to do a patch for it. Might be some communication problem between the software, factory hardware and Raxiom hardware.

I did log the update with Ford. I'll try to reload it again and the battery disconnect that you mentioned. I was wondering if you can go back to the previous version. That one worked fine. Thanks for the ideas.

Got it figured out. It seems that when the radio rebooted a couple of times it corrupted the navigation software. I went to the Rosen Navigation web site and restored my backup software and now my Raxom unit is up and working with the 4.4 sync update.
