What Does A Saleen S302 Setup Land You?
This Mustang started life as a standard 2018 Ford Mustang GT six-speed manual with the Premium Package. So, it comes with heated and cooled front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, a nine-speaker sound system, selectable drive modes, heated mirrors, aluminum pedals, and illuminated door sill plates. Additionally, it has 20-inch alloy wheels.
The Saleen package, as you might expect, is where the fun bits start to come in. The most notable change comes in the form of a Whipple supercharger with an OBD port programmer for tuning the ECU. As is, this car makes a whopping 740 horsepower and 610 pound-feet of torque.
That’s a lot of power. Of course, the package includes plenty of supporting modifications to ensure you can put all that power to maximum use.
Aiding the additional power is a Saleen tuned exhaust system with high-performance mufflers.
With all that additional power, of course, you’ll want to be able to stop. Thankfully, this car has upgraded 13.9-inch front brakes with four-piston calipers.
Finally, the addition of Racecraft adjustable coilovers, Racecraft R-code suspension components, a front splitter, and a rear wing not only add to the fantastic looks of this car, but they help make sure all that power is making its way to the ground in a controllable manner.
Cosmetic enhancements include a Saleen shift knob, a host of Saleen badging inside and outside of the vehicle, Saleen floor mats, and a Saleen instrument cluster.
Stand Out With A Uniquely Modified Mustang
According to the listing, the only flaws with this vehicle are the rock chips in the front splitter, and the slight creasing in the leather bolsters of the driver’s seat. Both of which are to be expected over time.
