Thanks!
That's the Cervini bar. The front part is silver from the manufacturer.

Thanks. I run hot and cold with them. I've been on the fence now about replacing the wheels with FRPP GT500's or Forgestars. Not going to pull the trigger on anything until I'm 100% sure.
Right now, I'm hot about them, and maybe I'll just wait until next year and get fatter rubber at the same time. Within a five months after I got them, I had brain farts and scuffed three of them at different times. I've learned to live with it.

Busy today - threw on my new staggered 18" bulliitt wheels, installed GT500 spoiler and retro mirrors! Dropping the top and getting FroYo with my 10 year old later. I would call it a good day indeed!

Your mods look great, especially the wheels and tires. Beautiful car and color. Good job.

Question for all you convertible owners....
Do you ever feel bad for all those guys and gals who have to drive stuffy and boring coupes?
I sure don't. Screw 'em.

Just back from a road trip to see mum and take her out for brunch today. Up here in canada it is mothers day. is it the same in usa?
Anyways, left yesterday in 30c heat. ZERO traffic on the old highway 1. Most folks take the newer highway which is straight up and straight down. the old no. 1 is full of corners, tunnels (rev time!) and arid dry pavement with rapids a few feet away (rafted them) and rattle snakes on the other side. Occasional groups of bikers who waved me by as my 4 contact patches helped me through corners they could only dream about. Tag's first road trip in the convertible. He got the hang of it and withstood the g-forces like a real trooper!
This pic required NO touch up. the sun was at the optimum angle![Smile](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

The last spike was placed here on the Canadian Railway (or something like that)

This is near Lytton BC where I worked as a forest fire fighter eons ago. Lots of fires predicted this year with almost no snowpack.

But it's a satisfying messy after a good road trip. After my little excursion I found smashed bugs on my bumper that I've never seen before in this hemisphere. In fact, I think they were little tiny alien invaders and I thwarted an attack on earth by killing them all.
I also know now what a Mustang looks like in beige. I never had as much enjoyment washing it afterwards.

Your car and the scenery look great, Darren. I'm looking forward to driving that road and appreciate your bringing it to my attention.
As to bugs, we collected so many grasshoppers on our way through Montana in our Honda S2000 a few years ago that the front end was yellow when we got to South Dakota. What was really funny was that when we got back home and lifted the hood during an oil change one of the buggers hopped out.
I forgot to mention that it was Mothers' Day here also.
