I wonder if anything was wrong with the exhaust or axles? The first owner had those items checked out not too long after taking delivery of the car. With the second owner, the keys being (re)programmed? There were some battery/charging system checks as well. Not sure if that had something to do with the keys being reprogrammed?
I'd worry more about the 2 new tires mounted/balanced at only 12k miles.
I'm assuming they were the rears, lol
Then 2 more tires installed a thousand miles later, probably the fronts.
As far as the axles checked, exhaust checked, those could've been from an over-sensitive owner that thought he/she was hearing things.
The keys being programmed happened right before the new dealership took ownership, so it could've been that the car had new keys made for it at a Ford dealer before this VW dealership got the car.
The tire/battery checks are supposed to be performed and recorded every time a car comes in for service, at least at Ford dealerships anyway.
The one I worked at did that ...
I don't see anything that would keep me from jumping all over this car.

R&R my convertible top
I removed and replaced the convertible top on my 94' Stang.
Did it in just under 6 hours. It looks great and works great. This is the fifth time I've done one. Twice for myself three times for others.

I wouldn't worry about any of that.

Thanks Tony.
Today I made a deal to buy a basically new L&M twin-66mm throttle body.
Should add at least 20 rwhp and 20 rwtq ... got a KB BAP sitting here too, hope to have it all hooked up and be re-tuned within a few days ...

Haven't done anything with the green machine. Work has been bombed. Some overtime last week and everyday so this week. And more overtime next week they are saying. I guess I'll just pay myself back after paying it off that much quicker.
I hope to take it out tomorrow morning though. Sunny and a little on the cool side. Great for supercharged cars!

Well after my car being in the shop for weeks and weeks it is finally back with the E85 conversion. I was very impressed by the numbers it produced.
E85 Fuel - 678 rwhp - 592 FT LBS TQ
93 Fuel - 626 rwhp - 562 FT LBS TQ
Can't wait to take her to the track. 😎

I was going to do spray but this a lot safer for my motor. I could not believe the power when I opened her up on the highway. Night and day difference. And the 678hp was on the low side they said to be safe. Unreal
