Drove it, and found out something kinda fun.
Supercharged 5.0 inhaling 50-degree air = drag radials didn't stand a chance

Tony, until you actually break that engine in (2 years later still on test drive miles??? ) maybe his car is faster than yours
Yeah that's why it's NOT fun anymore for me... at 50 degree temps, drag radials start to lose their grip dangerous. I'm thinking about storing mine soon.

Drove to get lunch. Car started to stutter during acceleration. Then a check engine light started to flash for 30-45 seconds. Drove to work a few minutes ago and now it's a solid check engine light. Great. Taking it in Monday to my friend to look at it.

Nice, I remember that. I used to know all those little details about the R. I had the Catted Bassani X and Bassani catback on my 03 GT. Best sound on the 4.6 and 5.4s, IMO. Exhaust video tonight??

Drove to work. It's slowly starting to get chilly outside and not having the windows down sucks! On another note, I'd really love to trade my car for a v8, but I'd want a mach 1. I'd take a beating on trading mine though, which would be the worst part. I did find an 03 torch red(same color as my old car) for 19k with 6000 miles, completely stock.

Was that at a dealer? I got my azure blue 03 Mach last year with 6300 original miles on it for only $15k when they booked for about 19k. But i bought it off an older couple. Found the post on Craigslist and couldn't believe I picked it up before anyone else at that price, I felt a little like I was stealing it from them lol
