Wow, you have that Bacardi 151 That's one strong rum, but it's priceless on a party. I know a cool drink that can be used with that, or with regular rum, without the huge calories of regular juice It's called "limoncillo" jeh jeh

97 Escort update

Well, no luck finding all the parts I need Only found the PS pump @ $80 + core, the drive belt and lower radiator hose. I still need the short PS pressure hose & the PS oil return hoses. Guess I'll have to go parts hunting in the local area.
That poor car has been neglected badly The A/C has a leak, the cooling system needs a flush really bad, all struts are dead along with the rotted tires, some vaccum hoses are cracked and needs an oil & filter change. But despite all those troubles, the car made it to my house without fail
I'll fix it good so it won't cause my youngest cousin any fuzz. This will be her first car and I want it to last her many years. I'll give it some minor detailing on the interior so it doesn't look so boring, and a good wash & wax to return it to it's former glory (or close to it) Although it's tougher to take stuff out of it compared to my Mazda, but I'll get the job done.

I'm so happy it's just starting to snow and I just ordered a full set of eagle f1 all seasonns
http://www.motortrend.com/features/1...son/index.html
Goodyear now hopes its Eagle F1 All Season tire can outmaneuver established rivals like the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S, Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position, and Pirelli PZero Nero M+S with a triumvirate of techno tricks.

1. Carbon-fiber reinforcement of the inner and outer sidewalls for added cornering stiffness
2. Dual tread zones-aggressive tread blocks along both shoulders and in a continuous rib at the center of the tire bracketing two all-season zones cut with directional "Aquachutes" to channel water out to the sides
3. A patented TredLock design in which the channels cut into the all-season zone are lined with interlocking cups and domes, so the channels wick water away when driving in a straight line, but the tread blocks interlock to stiffen up when cornering.

The carbon-fibers reinforcing the sidewall are short pieces aligned by rollers and molded into the inner sidewall, unlike the long-strand woven carbon-fiber mesh used to reinforce the outer sidewall bead area of Goodyear's Eagle ResponsEdge touring tire. A single proprietary high-silica rubber tread compound is applied across both the performance and all-season zones of the tread area, and is said to remain more pliable than the competition as temperatures drop. The compound is tailored to suit the tire's 70/30 dry/wet traction bias while achieving a tread-wear rating of 420 (most ultra-performance all-season tires are rated 400 or below). No tread warranty is offered, because the sports and GT cars these tires are aimed at are expected to be driven hard, sometimes on racetracks, but the compound and the TredLock cups and domes penetrate the entire useful tread depth. Other tech advancements include a layer of DuPont Kevlar for quiet strength, a compound to keep the sidewalls looking black, and a sidewall design that protects the wheel rim.
The first 22 sizes become available this July, with another 16 following in October, covering 76 percent of the target market. All are Y speed rated for 186 mph. Expect to pay between $112 and $300 depending on the size.

Went and got our tree today. We'll probably decorate it tomorrow night. I also have to go put up my grandma's lights after lunch tomorrow. Hopefully we don't get freezing rain.

I also finally took off the ugly barbed-wire license plate frames on the GT tonight. I might just get some plain black ones instead.

Busy day Nathan.

You should have taken those barb wire frames off the first day though.
