Nah, I just didn't think something like that was worth praying for.

 

 

I figure the man upstairs has better things to work on than whether I quit smoking or not, no use wasting his time getting people to send him messages about it, lol.

 

Asking for help for your life (so you can later give thanks) is reasonable. And He is certainly the ultimate multi-tasker.

But bugging Him about something like Crimson Tide or Stupor Bowl... that's a different story!

 

Why do people from Canada (and some other countries) put the number of something after the word instead of before (school specifically)? I've noticed that they say grade 7 or grade 2 where we say 7th grade or 2nd grade.

 

Why do Americans say spud & not potato do get me pissed off that's how it is accept it or be prepared for ed on pms

 

I think it's more of a French influence thing. The French usually put it after. Maison Blanche instead of White House.

How is that even possible, lol? I've never met anyone who has never been bowling at least once in their lifetime.

 

My family doesn't do stuff like that much. Everyone else in my family has been with friends or church groups.
