Well that's no good. Hopefully it's something simple like a battery. Had mine do something similar a couple weeks ago. Jump started it to get her running. Ran fine, turned her off to go inside for a bit, came back out and she wouldn't even turn over.

So far my battery has held up great. Only once did I need to charge it after 8 weeks in storage. As long as I start it every 4-6 weeks it does great.
However, I've never heard of a longer than "84 month" warranty on a battery, so I'll probably look into a new one this summer.

I don't have much confidence in stock batteries. I put a Diehard gold in mine after the older batterie died. My last mustang went through batteries way to fast. It would just drain them down. The Diehard is lasting.

It was just the battery.....again. This is the second new one. At least this time I was still at home. Last time I had to get the guys that work in the sub shop in my building at work to push me so I could bump start it. One of these days I will invest in some jumper cables to keep in my car, lol.

I used to buy NAPA batteries but they got to where they weren't very good. Now I buy Interstate, been using them for about 15 years and have had really good service from them.

Won't be driving the 500 for quite a while. They predicted flurries last night, then warming up and changing to rain today. Well it snowed about 3 inches and every bit stuck to the road because it had been so cold. So they came through and just covered the freakin' roads in gravel.

Took 2 months last time for it to all get gone. I guess my buddy will be happy as a pig in poo. He owns a glass shop and his business doubles every time they do it from all the broken windshields.

I'm hoping to have mine out in another month. Just need this cold snap to get over with and some rain to wash the salt off the roads!

Say no to Mexican optima's. And in 7 yrs my battery terminals have not one speck of corrosion. Whereas my older cars needed the baking soda treatment once/year.
