I watched it as well....scripted and glorified. They made it sound like it's OK to put racing ahead of your house payment and if anyone believes they actually spent $2500 to just play a practical joke instead of putting that money into their cars....well, I have some swamp land in Florida for sale. One thing is certain, they are not doing anyone any favors....kids now are going to end up doing stupid things as a result.

When is the departure date and how long do they give you before you have to report for duty? I was wondering if they give you more time because of the distance for you to PCS.

We are expecting that severe weather system in here tomorrow with the possibility of it spawning a derecho. So much of our state was devastated after the derecho came through here last year. Some areas lost power for more than a week and temps were in the 90s. I'm not looking forward to this......

When we landed in San Antonio it was 95 with a dew point of 75. Felt awesome!
