Complete disregard for the citizen/voter/taxpayer.
I really do not understand how this is happening under the US form of government of/by/for the people.
And as disgusted as I am, I feel completely powerless. Letters, phone calls, do nothing.

You know a tax on the taxes you pay. Maybe they'll start charging us sales tax on our federal income taxes. Who knows? They have free reign apparently and apparently federal taxes don't have to originate in the House of Representatives anymore either, ie Obamacare.

I'm sure they will come up with a tax tax.
You know a tax on the taxes you pay. Maybe they'll start charging us sales tax on our federal income taxes. Who knows? They have free reign apparently and apparently federal taxes don't have to originate in the House of Representatives anymore either, ie Obamacare.

Why do we even have laws for government? The only laws being enforced are those against citizens.
