Holy ****! SOA is getting really rough. And at the same time, Hollywood is still pushing their green agenda. So tired this morning. Can barely type. Need to start going to bed earlier. I was falling asleep at 9:30 last night trying to do homework.

People learn differently. Somehow reading it puts (at least the general thesis) in my memory for a long time - some things permanently. When I've gone to lectures or seminars I always take notes. Rarely ever look at them again. But the process of writing means I'm reading it and it gets stored.
