Just make some, its simple. Get some fresh at the grocery store and cut it up (its sticky and messy as hell though) or just get some frozen (not breaded) and let it thaw. Put some corn meal and a little flour in a big bowl, dump the okra in it, toss it around so it gets a good coating (I sometimes beat an egg with a little milk, and mix it in with the okra before I toss it in the corn meal to get a thicker coating) put some oil in an iron skillet, get it hot, and fry that **** up to how ever done you like it. I like mine really crispy.

My boss was getting on my nerves so bad this morning. Either at my desk or buzzing my phone, asking me for something every few minutes. I hate feeling like I can't get anything accomplished. He was supposed to fly to GA tonight for a hearing tomorrow, but that's been cancelled.
He was driving me so crazy, I asked him if he was sure he didn't want to go anyway so he could leave me alone, lol
Good thing he has a good sense of humor....and understands mine.
