Ummm.......no, of course not 
I find it very rude and irritating when you send an email to schedule something, put a read receipt on the email message (which they ignored), and also request that they confirm receipt........that you have to call them 24 hours later to see if they received it.....only to hear them say that they got it yesterday......ridiculous.

Agree 110%. I had a problem with a Clutch company near me and sent an email to the sales manager describing an issue we had...ended up having to deal with the owner to resolve the problem and I got an email almost 3 years later that my email was deleted unread. As a result of that I have never done business with that company since.

Good answer and yes I am so big on communication it drives me batty when someone doesn't keep to the same level when it comes to business. I feel your pain.
