I get the same treatment except its "my computer, my phone, my software, my email....." adn this is from friends, family, friends of friends, friends of family. They dont feel guilty either until i tell them I normally get $125/hr for this stuff.

See I don't mind trying to help people when they have questions. I hate when people go out and abuse the hell out of there cars and excpet you to fix it for them. Then they just sit there and and stair at you and don't help. It's bad enough I don't want to work on my own Race car at times. But now I have to fix someone else p.o.s. No thanks

I had a friend like that. I was good friends with him in high school, we went to the same college and whatnot. I had some school problems and he decided he didn't need me and just stopped talking to me even though we lived in the same house. Then I started racing and whatnot and all of a sudden he decided I was a use to his image or whatever. I can't stand people like that.

I let go my best friend of eight years because she just became so selfish and everything was always about her no matter the situation. I miss her sometimes but better off.

i let go of my best friend since his best friend and i broke up...worst mistake of my life and couldn't be happier he is back...shouldn't let go of the positive influences in life, only the demanding and negative!

no one should control your life or friendships
sadly i shouldn't talk since i have let TOO many people control who i am friends with and have lost some really good people through the years...
