We used to eat at the Dan'l Boone Inn whenever we'd visit out there. Love that home cooking and the big lazy susan tables they have. If you leave there hungry, there's something wrong with you! And I like stopping and browsing the shops in Blowing Rock too.

Jebus - I've been up for 10mins now sitting in front of the heater at the desk in a robe, and I'm still shakin from freezing. Bed was warm, house is 70, but still shakin. My temp is ranging between 97.7 and 98.6. WTF?

Since Schofield is in the middle of the island it takes longer to get there and more $$ in cab fare.
