Hopefully I'll find out for myself! Only spent one summer there when I went to Basic and other training! San Antonio was hot when marching everywhere!

lol - I'm almost the same but not quite. Mine has been since '81. Still works though. Prob made in Japan (instead of China). lol I always have to keep in on the chest of drawers away from the bed though so I actually get up. Trouble is the vision isn't what it used to be and I have to grab glasses now.
