I usually don't even eat seafood except for when I'm on the Gulf, then its little local hole in the wall places for the most part.

I love cooking at home and make it a party. Hate eating out (mostly cause I hate eating alone at a table). I make big batches, party down, freeze extra for easy meals later. Cook maybe 3 or 4 times a week. My 2 freezers are so stuffed with meat, chicken, seafood, on sale; and pre-cooked meals I have to yell at myself "stop buying stuff!!" 
Cooked last night, tonight we party! And have delicious pre-cooked homemade meal. And I'm good at it! Picked chef's/experienced cook's brains for years!

a jughandle is a feature in jersey to keep those idiot people that dont know how to drive from turning left across traffic. So they create things like this for you to turn right off the road you're currently on, to get onto the road you want to be on, without having to take one of those dangerous lefts!
Roundabouts are different, and are a fantastic idea, but noone in the US knows how to properly use one, so they're a massive flustercluck!

the one on the top is a reverse jughandle, similar to an interstate off/onramp
the one at bottom is a standard jughandle, where you basically take the exit, then turn left across smaller traffic flow to get on your intended road
