So..........my son backed into the front of my step-daughter's Xterra yesterday 
Dumbarse was in a hurry to leave for work and it didn't even register that she was parked behind him. She has been hiding out at her mom's since the "party/fire department/police department/ambulance incident" so it's been a while since she's been parked there. He just finished paying me back the money he owed me before. Luckily there's no body damage, but she definitely needs a new front bumper and not sure what else behind it was damaged. Have to wait til we can take a closer look today 
Dumbarse was in a hurry to leave for work and it didn't even register that she was parked behind him. She was running out to pick up dinner and jumped in the car and backed right into the GT. I was on my way out the door to move it for her and she was already backing into it. I yelled but she didn't stop soon enough.

It does suck for my son. He's still in high school and only works part time, so he doesn't have a lot of money coming in. But, it is what it is.........he'll have to pay for his mistake. Chalk it up to a life lesson and hope that he will be more careful from now on.
