Man, y'all had a busy night.
I was busy.
Looks good Lee. I bet you're getting a heck of a deal. Times are tough for these vacation home properties and it's the perfect time to buy. Looks to me like it was probably built in the late 80's or early 90's and was renovated very recently. And very well too.
Love the oak floors! The only thing I see that I would worry about is that stone around the bath tub. I would make sure to put some silicone solution on that to seal it. I can't believe anyone would put something like that around water. It's probably nothing, but stone and mortar are somewhat porous when it comes to water and you could get water damage underneath it if you are doing alot of splashing around in that tub.
No biggie though.
Owning another vacation property already, you know about all the hidden fees so you're not in for any surprises.
I also think its a good area too. I think traffic as a destination and therefor property values should continue to increase in that area.

Only takes a minute to get out there.
Funny thing is, the big dead one right behind it is still standing.

Well clean the gutters out while you're up there. I noticed one of them was running over pretty bad in the storm vid you posted the other day. If you're going up there anyway, at least make yourself useful.

It's not running over, there's just no end cap or drain on them.
