I did it earlier but didn't do a clean install and had a few issues. I had about a 30% speed increase with it. Nice.
I just rooted now and will do the actual install in a few minutes. Gotta get 2 programs off the market first.
I'm not happy with the option to store apps on the SD card. Apps have to be written to do that otherwise they stay on the internal memory.

Well here is an update once again.......
They didnt discharge her and they did an endoscopy and found a gastritis. They are changing up the treatments for her and keeping a watch with her in the hospital still. I will keep you guys posted on whats going on.
So it looks to me that there is still hope out there??
