so, me and dad got the car fixed. It was indeed the starter. Friggin thing was $169!
and while being so close, I realized just how bad off the tires are, and I'm **** surenot buying new ones for it before I buy another car.
in other news, to cure some of my boredom during the days, I'm finally going to go buy a xbox360. I've wanted one for a while, and they've got a good package deal on it. Maybe it'll cure some of my extreme longing for my car.

Good to hear you fixed it David. And on the bright side, it cost you half of what the shop was going to charge you. And get that xbox!!! It sucks to be bored to death. I've been longing for a PS3 since last year and unfortunately, I haven't been able to buy one yet due to sh*t happening.

I figured it would be easy to do, just getting to it would be the hard part. Me and dad arent exactly the smallest people on earth, we didnt have a jack, and the 4x2 jeeps arent all that high in the air. We ended up having to pull the starter up out of the top of the engine bay so that we could take off the two wires. And there wasnt much chance at getting to the other bolts either, but that's the way it goes.

It is not neccessarily the longer you wait the more difficult the search. It is just that you havent found that perfect one. Yes there will be wear and tear on them but there is one out there with your name on it and you just havent found it yet.

Dead around here today. 
I went down the road I heard the noise coming from last night, and there was an old pink hot rod sitting in front of someone's house. They had a nice long driveway and there were tire marks coming all the way down and out onto the road. 
Time to study. I really don't want to but I know I'll fail my finals if I don't.

I made a boo-boo last week. I did a write up for our Parade of Homes entry, and while I proofread it, I didn't do a good enough job. The magazine clearly says that "Our houses include....mud rooms, walk-in panties,..."
Someone came in yesterday while I was working the show and said "I wanna see these walk-in panties."
