So I'm on the Raptor forums and there's another member there from my town. What are the odds of that?

He's buying a 5.4L Raptor for his 15 year old son.

Ordered 4/1 from an Austin dealer.

Plus his wife drives a Camaro that I've seen around town. Plates read FSTCAM. I think I talked about that car before. I told him if I see it again, I'm gonna put it in its place.

 

That's scary.

I do know of people on local forums who live by me, but I've never talked to any of them.

 

This dude claims to be 50 in his profile. For all I know he's the 15 year old kid, but it doesn't seem like it. He doesn't talk like a kid.

Apparently people have been getting 10-11 everyday driving.


So lets do the math. My Bronco gets 10. My Raptor might get 11. My Mustang gets 15. My Vert Mustang gets 16. My Expi gets 13.


My mileage sucks. 5-V8's and they average 13!!!


And of course gas prices are approaching $3.00 here.

No idea what I get for MPGs, but five trips to school and back on a tank of gas is average for me. I also have somewhat of a lead foot.

 

Well now I've gone & done it I had to stop @ the store after taking Nate to his mom's as I park I stall observing this lady unloading a shopping cart into the back of her explorer, she leaves it there & walks back into the store gets more junk , we leave about the same time she unloads the cart & leaves it behind her suv & get in to drive off so I pulled up in front of her explorer & just sit there she's like what are you doing look on her face, she knew she could'nt back up so she gets out & asks me to move , I retort well mam I'm having some shifter trouble how about you PUT those two yes two shopping carts you left behind your truck back where they belong or where you found them , that got her thinking so I sat until she did just that. dumb Hag .
I'm so thank-ful that Nathan tought me to park on a hill so that carts would maybe not roll into me.

I actually took 7 to Lowes today. I was like WTF am I doing here in this car? I was in and out in 5 minutes but I parked a mile away.

 

I use my S&S card to fill the Altima and paid $2.04/gallon on Sunday night. the more money I spend at Stop & Shop the more money I get off the price of gas.

 

Theres a point when we have to stand up for the needs of the many, they ought to put video camea's up in lots showing people doing that to the instore customers to get the Message across.
