Nah, those things are quite sturdy. The snow doesn't build up on it much, and it warms up in the sun so the snow will melt off it. The only thing I fear is that it will blow away. The property is all ledge, so getting the anchors in was impossible. During windy days I just make sure the door is closed. No problems so far.

Who built that and what is the wind rating for it? I am curious if it would stand up in Nevada's wind.
I had a thought just now.
BTW Nathan good to hear from you. And yes lots of posts to read.
I was thinking about capitalism and socialism. Regarding health care specifically. So I would like to draft a simple analogy if you'll indulge me.
What is the prime example of capitalism? Monopoly. No. Hardly. Just think about it. The prime example on the simplest of scales in every day life. Tips. More specifically, waiters/waitresses. When we go to a restaurant we pay for our service. If we get good service we can leave a good tip. If not we can leave a small tip. If we don't leave a tip, perhaps next time they'll remember us and do something to our food. You get the idea. They work to earn what we pay them for their service. Capitalism at its finest. They are not doing harm to any trees. They are not operating sweat shops where child laborers toil over Wally world clothing bearing a likeness to Hannah Montana or whatever the pre-teens clamor for next. They simply provide a service and receive a compensation. Now the compensation amount might be borne out of custom, but ultimately the market place decides. If the clientele is in Manhattan or Hollywood the market is quite good, but if its in Podunk, Texas maybe not so much. But the market decides.
So what is the opposite of capitalism in the food service industry. Socialism at the DMV. These people don't work on tips. They are typically unionized and they are paid based upon a scale more likely on the number of years they have been there and not on the number of satisfied customers. Now albeit a civil servant would starve on tips from satisfied customers, but isn't there a reason for that. They are paid to sit there 8 hours a day and do the bidding of the government in most cases at the dismay of the people the government serves. The service is cheerful, not, and the process is timely, not. It makes no difference how they serve you or what you pay, everyone gets the same treatment, bad.
So how does this apply to healthcare? Who would you rather buy your healthcare insurance or even healthcare from? A capitalist waitress, or a socialist DMV worker? When has the government gotten anything right? When has the government, the Feds, ever been on budget on anything. And in the last few years, when has the government, Congress and the President, been honest with anything they tell us.
So the next time you're eating out with teh wife, or the family, think of that little free-market waitress doing her best, or not, to earn your compensation. And when you're in line at the DMV, imagine how that state worker feels, occupying that chair, taking up space, and making no real difference in the world whatsoever.
Now imagine which type of person you would rather see determine whether you live or die?
IMHO

That fake iphone i had is the biggest POS ever made in history. I went to a place to get it fixed, and the guy told me that they can't get replacement parts for them, not even the chargers And since my dad also needed a new phone, I got two of those Sanmsungs w my contract renewal w no extra charge.
In other news, I can't be thankfull enough that it was my day off. The store I work was subjected to armed robbery @ 6:15am by four perps, and I usually start my shift @ 6. There were some gun shots, but nobody got hurt, thank God. Two of my female co-workers had to be put on an ambulance due to the shock of the scene. I'm not sure of who were affected, but I have a feeling of whom they are. Fortunately the cops acted lighting fast and arrested two of the four involved on the crime.

Wow I am glad nobody got hurt. Considering the way things were going for you it is a good thing that you had the day of.
7 is running again. I've still got the red top battery in it. I'm testing it now that I've redone the audio install. I have ZERO noise issues. The system is silent until you give it volume. The gain on the amps are turned way down because the if I don't its LOUD!!!!
It sounds great too. And no dimming headlights either. No fuel pump needle jumping with the bass because of current problems. I am sure that the rear view mirror will fall off shortly. I was driving and my garage door opener rattle off the visor above me, fell in my lap, and scared the crap out of me!
I only have the one perfect 10 in the car for now. The best bass results for the drive seat was actually putting the sub in the Shaker 1000 position in the passenger corner of the trunk. I tried it facing rear right behind the back seats and it was noticeably quieter. I tried all the way against the taillights facing forward and it was also noticeably quieter. Anyway. Audio sounds really, really good. It's the best the setup has ever sounded. I might tinker with putting the second perfect 10 in the trunk on the drivers side and see what happens. I'm experimenting to find the best box location. I'll see how two 10's sound.
The Kicker amp pushes that perfect 10 better than either alpine amp ever did. I mean alot better. You can see that thing moving in and out ALOT. I mean it looks like inches with no distortion either.
I'll post pics in a few. I need a drink. It was a long *** day.

^wires
^more wires
^slightly more organized
^wires are underneath. This is where the amps will mount
^4 channel amp mounted without end caps to hide wires
^4 channel mounted with end caps (below you can see my secondary fuse box where the camera, fuel pump, camera swtich, and x-over get power from)
^both amps mounted with end caps
^case so that you won't see anything but amps from above
The cover piece. This will have a lexan window on it and carpet around it.
Cute family Chris
Yeah, I probably would've been shot on a nut or something.

Yah but that is a ROYAL pain in the a-ss at the best of times. like when you mean to type something and it changes it and if you don't proff it you sometimes send or get the wronge meaning across. Trust me I like the voice command on mine hold down the home button & tell it ! again not the best but now next week we will be no cell in hand while driving a car. so having it blue-tooth to the stereo is real Sweet ! Hands Free
