I like the cold, but even 42 is too much without a jacket. I work everyday at that temp, and @ 22 or even 18 when the freezer has been unopened for over a day.

Yeppers the silence is awesome too. It is like it puts a clean sheet over the world so we can start all over again in the spring time.

I am hopeful of that too but that doesnt happen

oh yah that fresh crisp air smell as well it's friggen awesome !

How can you smell anything in winter? It's too cold to smell anything. I'd kill for some summer thunderstorms right now. Last summer pretty much sucked.

True. y wife found that out with our F350. But I had to laugh cuz it didnt even scratch the truck and it ripped off his front fender cuz he hit the ball mount under the rear bumper.

Same here. No good thunderstorms. It did rain through most of it though.

Also what is cool is if it is dead quiet outside you can hear the snow quietly hit the ground.

I love the smell after a nice rain or snowfall.
