Love that and saving 8k or so on property taxes. Food is a little more expensive but not to bad.

850 miles and 19.2 mpg's a few short road trips but mostly stop and go traffic. The lights here are very long here .... like put the car in park and take a short nap.

.015 seconds. Lol I try to time them so I dont have to stop. But most times I end up stopping.
