Panhard Bar advice
In another thread I was looking and looks like I found the Shocks and struts I am looking for.
I am now in need of a pan hard bar. Looking at the RTR because of the unique bushings it has.
Any help would be great.

I have a spohn adjustable pan hard bar.
Panhard Bar - Tubular Adjustable with Poly/Del-Sphere Pivot Joint Combo -
Easy to adjust and silent I have not even thought about it in a long time!

Looks like a great bar. Was wanting something like that but that I did not have to grease all the time.
Thankx for the suggestion. Did you get the take apart tool for the one end?

BMR poly adjustable.. You should only have to grease it once in a great while and that's it..

I'm running the maximum motorsports MM Panhard Rod with spherical rod-ends
No complaints, well built piece that works as designed

Been 2 years and I have had no reason to grease it yet, (only 15,000 miles)
and I had no change in NVH from the bar.
I did pick up NVH from my upper and lower control arms (BMR control arms)
But it was worth it to get ride of all my wheel hop!

They are the non adjustable bushing on both sides arms!
And yes the upper is adjustable, you really just need either upper or lower adjustable to set pinion angle!

OK Looking at the new Spohn pan hard bar and upper control arm. The one with the Poly/Del-Sphere Pivot Joint Combination. Will their be to much NVH with this combo?
Also does anyone have experience with the BBK adjustable Struts plates?

Depends on how lowered you are. I'm going back to non adjustable upper and lower tomorrow. Tired of the noise from the adjustable lowers and I'm hoping the non adjustable upper will be quieter too. Since I have the bags, I drive the car at about the height of the Steeda Sport springs, so I don't feel the need to have the adjustable upper anymore.
SO I am new to the lowering thing. If I lower about an inch I would not need a adjustable upper or lower Arms?

I have all BMR stuff and am doing their non adjustable upper and lowers (currently have their adjustable upper and adjustable lowers).

On my car the pinion angle was off slightly with the steeda sport springs and I wanted it perfect, since I was changing the upper mount to get rid of wheel hop I decided to go adjustable.
I put the BMR lowers on first and it made no difference in helping with wheel hop.
Then when I put in the adjustable upper and upper mount, wheel hop was gone!
Lower arms and upper did add some NVH!
I also put on the lower arm relocation brackets when I lowered it!

For an inch I wouldn't bother with an adjustable upper, but I would do a solid one. And yes, all these cars need lowers. The factory LCAs are crap.

I am just going to lower the car about an inch and do not want to have to take the car apart again because I should have installed something.
Is the shocks and struts on the Track car the same as the Boss 302?
If so Do I really need new shocks and Struts?
Is the Adjustable caster camber plates needed? If so I will get them.
I really like the look and function of the BBK plates.

You will want new shocks to get the most out of your car.
I have and recommend koni yellow shocks and struts because of the adjustability ( soft on street firm on track) I use GT 500 strut mounts turned 180* they are quiet and I got a good camber setting out of them and they are relatively low cost and factory!

Is the adjustment on the G500 mounts just turning them around?
