You are describing exactly what happened to me. The warmer outside, the quicker the noise started. Apparently the struts have to heat up to a certain temp before the squeaking starts. Haven't had a single problem since mine were replaced under warranty. Awesome struts/shocks once the noise is gone! Love the ride, even with the 20's on my car. Perfect balance between comfort and stability.

 

Thanks guys. It still hasn't gotten any better so I'm gonna go the warranty route and tear this puppy back apart. It's a pain but I guess that's all part of the game! I only wish Koni would pay for me to get another alignment!
