Brembo Brakes retrofit on Standard 14 GT

Other than swapping out the calipers, dust shields and lines is there anything else to be done?

Just the rotors and pads I think. It should be fairly straight forward. Good upgrade, are you using take-offs or buying a new kit?

Agreed that it should be about that simple. Not aware of anything else needed. OEM Brembo's are solid brakes. I'm still having great luck with mine now that I sorted out the weeping issues!

Just thinking about it. I have not been impressed in the hard braking performance of my 14. I think the old 10 Mustang GT was much better.

Have you simply switched to a more aggressive pad? Pad choice makes a massive difference in braking. Unless you are going to track the car, there is no need for Brembo's on the street.

That said, they are still very good brakes. I torture test mine regularly
