Benefits of coil overs vs springs?

What are the differences if any?

Actually nothing.

Put in terms of Mustangs on the front coilovers come with adjustable spring perches. In the rear it is split some setups use a coil over the shock for the rear but this is rarer than adjustable perches placed on the normal spring position with the shocks in the normal position.

Main benefit is adjustable height. Also, coil over struts generally are smaller than stock, so more tire clearance

Get some feedback from Strano, he races and could offer some insight from the competitive side of the fence... How do you "poke" someone on here...? Haha

What do you want out of your car and what do you plan to do with your it? Is height adjustability very important to you?

I think you meet them at a rest area and tell them they have a purdy mouth or you can PM them.
