What are the differences if any?

Actually nothing.

Put in terms of Mustangs on the front coilovers come with adjustable spring perches. In the rear it is split some setups use a coil over the shock for the rear but this is rarer than adjustable perches placed on the normal spring position with the shocks in the normal position.

Main benefit is adjustable height. Also, coil over struts generally are smaller than stock, so more tire clearance

I think you meet them at a rest area and tell them they have a purdy mouth or you can PM them.
