2012 V6 front strut replacement?
My 2012 V6 base model suspension is factory stock with the exception of front and rear GT sway bars. My problem is that I experience too much nose dive when braking hard and would like to address this as it seems to be getting worse. Car has 8,000 (easy) miles on the original factory struts.
Would replacing them with 2012 GT front struts help with the problem?
If not, any recommendations? Thanks

The GT would help, but something like the SRT.T Konis would be better IMO.
I still have a lot of nose dive on mine and it has GT Struts on it with the springs at the same rate as the GT with the Performance Package.

Thanks for the most helpful insight.
Looks like I’ll be needing more than just a strut upgrade, might as well change the springs out too. I see that new Roush take off 2012-2013 GT struts, shocks and springs are dirt cheap. Think I’ll give those GT parts a try and install them as a package. Since they are more robust than the V6 base model parts, I can’t imagine any cons in doing so.
