who give's a rats ***, i'd take him out of the "Boss crowd" and chalk him up into the "drunk driver" category, regardless if this is Big Vito or not.
i have no sympathy for someone who drinks, then proceeds to get behind the wheel and do over TRIPLE the speed limit in a residential neighborhood.

I understand, to a point. I am not judging you, if so I would not have offered several compliments on previous posts but I do question your judgement. I doubt there was any intended malice on your part. On the other hand, from previous posts one can reach a conclusion you are far from being naive. The picture was enough to light the fire.
Now that you have seen the results perhaps you should consider asking the TMS administration to delete the thread.

I, as others don't feel sorry for the driver, just the passenger. Driver had to have known he was making a mistake by getting behind the wheel. I'm sure if your child would have been walking down that street and he would have hit him/her you'd be speaking another tune. He deserves to be in jail and get whatever fines he has coming to him. My .02
