Who do you know wants to buy a Boss?

I called a Dealer today with a Boss on their web site, Window sticker posted, car in transit to the dealer. I asked to purchase the vehicle, it was exactly what I wanted. The sales manager had to get back to me. He called back a few hours later saying he could not sell me the car. I asked if it was sold. he said No, but would not give me a price. I complained to the dealership President/CEO for declining to sell me a built vehicle. The dealer has No less that (2) 2011 Shelbys ($55K each) still on his lot. Long and short of it is they want to see how much "interest" they get before they price it. What
They can keep it! I have found more than a few available at MSRP from dealers that treat you well. I would love to get mine ASAP, but, If they call, I will decline, even if I have endure the Flat Rock waiting line and Ford's lack of info!

Same here. I'd buy a 2012 left over in 2013 before I pay over Msrp

No reason to get all upset. They are under no obligation to enter into a transaction with you any more than you them. People take buying cars so personally.

If you have one spotted at MSRP go for it!!!

I agree PACETTR! I love the free market! I think everyone should sell anything for as much as they can get! However, I expect when a car is posted for sale, the dealer is actually willing to sell it. If they want ADM, Put it on! I'm glad to make my decision in that light. If it's not for sale, DON'T PUT IT UP FOR SALE! I'm no lawyer but I do think an offer to sell has some legal implacations. The car was posted with a price. However, I definately don't want to see a Boss Blog debating legalese. I have no problem with a dealer that does not want to take my hard earned money, especially having an MSRP Boss lined up. I vote on the greatest system in the world, Capitalism, with my feet!

Are we allowed to post phone numbers of non-supporting dealers who sell at MSRP? I know a dealer with one more 2012 std Boss allocation, it MIGHT be a Q2, but not sure.
