[QUOTE=SBYBoss;6645687]Painted and installed a set of '11/'12 GT500 mufflers. The appearance is much improved with the mufflers painted and without the small center pipe in the tips. The sound is much nicer while stationary. I haven't had a chance to hear it on the road yet.
You will like the GT-500's more after you get some miles on them. Changed out my stock mufflers for the same reasons, didn't like the double tip stockers & also painted the back faces with hi temp flat black.
Have been very pleased with the GT-500's myself.

I'm liking them already. My next 'job' is to install the QTP electric cutouts my son gave me for father's day. I think it will be fun to be able to 'tune' the exhaust on the fly.

Put Forgestar CF5, deep concave 19X9.5, matte textured gunmetal rims with BFGoodrich KDW's (285/35/19) all the way around. Also installed rear Steeda Boss specific springs and BMR adjustable panhard bar.

Finally got her out today for a quick spin. On my trip some rice burner crawls up my arz! So as I'm approaching my favorite uphill run on this nicely paved mountain road I jump on it. Bye-bye ricer he only catches up with me after I've come down the other side onto this flat straight away. I'm just tooling along doing the speed limit.

Installed BMR Panhard bar and brace and the Ford Racing short throw shifter. With the BMR panhard bar the chassis is now centered on the axle, and with the new shifter the shifts are now crisp and clean!
