Fully loaded is a dealer catch phrase and/or for people trying to sell a used car, it means different things to different people but I would not use that with the Boss and it's limited options. I have seen dealer ads for a Boss "fully loaded" with leather, sync and more, go figure. Falls along the same lines as the many threads here that say "the dealer told me all cars are on hold" or something like that. Just like the Boss with leather, I doubt it is true.
Options or things that add cost to the Boss consists of
LS Package
Car cover and mats
Torsen and recaros in package or separate in Canada
Block heater
YB paint
Different color stripes, white or black (NC)
The most expensive Boss is a LS with cover and mats, and most expensive non-LS Boss a YB with mats cover, Torsen Racaro and block heater. More if purchased in Canada. I would hardly consider the YB with both options loaded and contrary to some statements here a Boss without the Recaros and Torsen is still a very much a Boss.

Slacker, a little bit of research (less then 3 hours) and you would have come up with the vin 1ZVBP8CU7C5200606, 2/17 build. It's on sale for 125,540 pesos or whatever they use there
