Well, after a few more questions, it looks like it could take a month before its released. Not sure why so long.
Was told that Big Brother really raked Ford over the coals on this one. They were really suspicious of the tune so there was a lot of questions.
Wish I had better news but at least there us no doubt its going to happen.

They had some on disply at AAI today with Track Key installed.
They had them just sitting and idling. After hearing these with the Track Key activated. The $302 will be worth it for the sound alone.
They truly sound killer! It has that great lumpy idle sound. (like my 69) When they reved them up, it got even better.
It is a must have option in my opinion!
The only thing that might be better was when they fired up the Super Cobra Jet that was on disply.
