After many phone calls, finally got what I was looking for. I am scheduled to have my key programed tomorrow morning. Had to call Ford. I understand they sent out a Service Bulletin end of last week telling the dealer what they needed to do to program the TracKey. Looking forward to tomorrow! 2012 Orange Boss 302 #424

This is starting to get really frustrating. I'm willing to drive my car to Mexico, or anywhere really to have the install done. The press cars have it so the program is somewhere. Just let me know and I'm there. I also think Ford should be at the Woodward cruise giving all Boss cars a mechanical once over and a Trackey install.

Harley $100 seems kind of an arbitrary number but yes just like parts (oil comes to mind) each dealer will set the price. If Ford did not announce the price I bet they would play with that also. I expect to see some better dealer giving a discount to their customers on the $302. I am guessing Ford set the price on this program because it was something that was announced from the factory, they do not do this with all other parts.
As far as labor I would assume most will charge one hour labor, that is pretty standard on most kinds of computer flashing.

Yes LQQK, like 2012YellowBoss mentioned labor fees vary per dealer.
