Make it a 49 state tune Ford, and, let CA get whatever they will accept. It's not called the "left coast" for nothing. No offense to real car guys. I feel sorry that you have to put up with all that B.S. out there. CA DOES NOT DICTATE EMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS COUNTRY. CASE IN POINT, THEY JUST RE-ELECTED DAVIS AS GOV. GOOD LUCK ON THAT LOSER.
Says the man from Texas, the only state in the union in a worse fiscal situation than California

Do some research before opening your mouth next time.

P.S. Texas sucks

After all the early advertising and videos, we are really P.O.'d that we are being held hostage to a brain dead management decision to appeal to the CARB state. Hey, the next major quake is coming their way; hope it doesn't happen but the odds are on. Just hope my TracKey tune has some sort of difference from the black key, IMHO!
Wow really? You wish ill will on the people of California because your $302 option is delayed because of Ford's poor planning? What a jerk.

Gee, sorry if I offended some(one) in CA who didn't get the message I was sending. The Bowtie and Jeep engineers are grinning/smiling ear to ear developing their own tunes while the rest of the country waits for CARB approval on the Red Key.

This whole deal is not something new... All thru the 70's and beyond, California, has always been "performance challenged" when it came to factory engine packages. Like when Pontiacs had the TA 6.6 Pontiac 400 V8, Cali. only got the Oldsmobile 403 instead.
But why make the rest of the country wait and suffer, for the TracKey specific tune, and even alter it, just for one tree hugging group.
