I don't know if it is possible to attach some sort of insulation on the under side of the hood, as not to interfare with the louvers, reason being is that on my tiger hood you can see the seam that is underneath, from the top of the hood, it got worse over time, you will not believe the amount of heat that is released through the louvers, but still hot enough under there to cause some distorting of where the bottom seams attaches to the top of the hood!!

The hood looks great ... What's that blue body part back to the right on the picture ?????
Lol .... Yeah I think so over 30hp across the. Rpm band plus the high flow cats helped to .....
But let's. not try to steal the thread ... Pm me if you want any info about it .. I did the install myself

I like the hood and paint a lot. Any pics of the back of the hood when it is open?
Is this a track hood only or do the vents funnel water away from the block? I love the hood, but my car is my daily driver which means I have drive in the rain on the rare occasion it rains in Texas.
My Cervini's KR style hood had vents that had a drip pan that funneled the water to the sides of the engine bay.

Thanks. I like the white and red.
@Darth Boss: No the vent go straight down and have no pan under. The hood is meant for the track, I believe. I believe it was developed by Tiger Racing for the 302S. I am not too worried about the water when driving, however when the car is sitting outside I will have a tarp to cover the vents. If you plan to track your car I don't think you could find a better hood. From my understanding, the hood not only allows heat out but also creates more downforce over the front tires. I do not have pictures from behind the hood, what is it you mean specifically and I can take some.

I would like to apologize now that I have installed the hood pins. I had said I would take several pictures and post a write up, unfortunately the whole process was so involved and aggravating that I did not stop to take pictures, however I did stop to curse from time to time. I will still write a step by step however for anyone who would like a written how to on installing the Aerocatch.

Posted my write up on SVTP, wasn't entirely sure where I would post it on this forum. Assuming on the exterior mods section, but I would want to take a few pics first.

Good dudes to deal with.
BTW I did get some hood pins, as I'm not taking any chances going 140+.
